How hard is it to switch from my current provider?

We’ve made switching easy; in fact, our team will do the work for you by importing your historical data so that it’s all there for you the first time that you log in.

How much does it cost to use Clarity?

For schools, the annual fee is $1,000 per application season. Additionally, there is a first-season onboarding fee of $750. For families, Clarity charges $60 to apply. Clarity automatically waives application fees for families whose income falls below a certain threshold. As a demonstration of our commitment to access, our income caps for automatic fee waivers are the highest in the industry. One fee covers all students, and the application can be sent to any school accepting Clarity.

How secure is Clarity?

We take security incredibly seriously and have built our systems to be fully compliant with GDPR and SOC 2 requirements. We have even voluntarily engaged a third party security firm to go through an annual security audit. This is a rigorous and expensive process that demonstrates our commitment to the importance of security.

Does Clarity integrate with my enrollment / billing system?

Clarity makes it easy for you to do your awarding in our software and export that data so that it can be easily imported into your enrollment and billing software. Clarity believes that all companies should support cross-vendor interoperability. If there’s a product or company you would like us to integrate with, please contact them.

How long does it take to complete the Clarity application?

The Clarity application scales in complexity depending on the complexity of the household’s financial circumstances. With that said, the vast majority of families can complete the application in 20-30 minutes or less.
